Arrival

1. Open the cardboard box containing an insulated polystyrene shipping box.

2. Set aside any other included documents to review later.

3. Move the insulated box near where samples will be stored (-80°C freezer, LN₂ dewar).

4. Samples are stored in labelled plastic bags or freezer boxes packed under dry ice.

5. Open the insulated box and confirm that the samples match those ordered.

6. To store samples, open the insulated box and quickly move the samples to storage.
   Move samples rapidly to avoid time spent at ambient temperatures which can damage samples and reduce quality. Prechill any secondary storage container.
7. To use the samples, refer to the included IVF protocol document, otherwise protocols can be located at here.
